For this week i want to run 2 times but i want to do sprints so that way i get tired and then just run one mile so i can start training for battling through fatigue and take a long nap after that  
For the last week i have ran 2 times and both were 2 1/2 miles and i beat my fastest two mile time, my leg is really starting to feel normal now (i had knee surgery last fall) and know i am starting not to be out of breath as much when i hit that 2 mile marker

For the past couple of weeks i have been kind of slaking i only ran like once a week only like 3 miles so i really need to start getting back on my schedule.
