Success is when you set out to complete a goal and you accomplish or at least attempt it one of my favorite quotes is "you miss 100% of the shots you don't take" I like it because it says if you don't try it is just as bad as failing.

Failure for me is when you try to complete a goal and you fall just short of completing a goal but with failure at least you attempted it and that counts for something.

With the influence of success and failure you tend to not want to attempt something with the fear of failing in your head so it sways if you want to attempt it our nah.

Shout out to my viewers in CHINA!!!!!
Last week when I didn't run at all I know that's terrible I just wasn't feeling good I have a cold from all this cold weather in spring come on MICHIGAN. So ya I thought it would be a bad idea to run when I cant breath out my nose.This week if I start feeling better I am going to start running with my mom who did a Iron Man so she will make sure I keep up and on track to complete my goal.

Last week I went to go run and my dog was staring at me so I decided to go on a run with him and honestly I ran for like 10 min and i felt like I was going to die because my dog just keep running faster and faster to the point I could't keep up it was awful. Besides that I ran two times last week both were 2.3 miles I am also relizeing that I don't cramp up every time I go running.

Lately I have been running to get ready for baseball tryouts I ran 2.3 miles 3 times last week. I also learned that my neighborhood is 8/10 of a mile so with that I can plan my distances I want to run.

With the last 3 weeks I haven't done much because one the weather is way to cold to go out and run and I don't have a treadmill, plus with treadmills I am very afraid I will trip and fall on my face. So for this upcoming week I am thinking about doing double to make up for the last couple of weeks as long as its not soo cold when i bring out my water it instantly  freezes. Also with Lent I might give up pop and that could help with my training but i cant enjoy the sweet nectar known as coke a cola.

For this week i want to run 2 times but i want to do sprints so that way i get tired and then just run one mile so i can start training for battling through fatigue and take a long nap after that  
For the last week i have ran 2 times and both were 2 1/2 miles and i beat my fastest two mile time, my leg is really starting to feel normal now (i had knee surgery last fall) and know i am starting not to be out of breath as much when i hit that 2 mile marker

The past couple of weeks i have been running up to 2 miles twice a week it is starting to get easier every time i do it now my legs are a little sore instead of them feeling like they are about to fall off.
